Credit card complaints against SBI, ICICI Bank, HDFC: Govt - Indian Express

According to FM, the Central Bank of the county (Reserve Bank of India -RBI) has received# comlpaints in 2011-12:
  • 5,198 complaints against State Bank of India 
  • 1,211 against ICICI Bank  and 
  • 1,153 against HDFC Bank, current market leader.
Small number. But several card holders have complaints against many card-issuers in the country. Big scope to improve service to 'Enchantment' levels...

These number hardly represent the true condition,because most customers never file complaints..
