The millennial want face time. Is that not
essence of leadership? Total communication, through active listening &
empathy?
They are fickle, in the right way.
The leader got to
become one like them, to lead them (don't even try to manage!). As the
Master says, 'be a child among children, man among men & women among
women...' That is beyond empathy too. At that level, no need to lead... things
happen.
Our current leaders are not equipped to handle this new, unique
different. They blame it on the clichéd generation gap.
