'GM executives have consistently said they’re more focused on making money than outselling Toyota or Volkswagen. But it does boost employee morale and gives bragging rights to the winner.'
Hope they don't lose sight of quality & customer delight, at the expense of the No.1 slot... that will only sustain the Numero Uno position in the long run

Honda
Honda Motor Co., like most other leading car manufacturers, is aiming to reverse a sales decline, introduced two new entry-level Acura models and outlined plans for a high-end sports car.
The Japanese company said it expects sales of Acuras in the U.S. to jump by 45% this year to 180,000 vehicles. That comes after a 7.7% drop last year to 123,299.
